Each class is further tailored to your needs, fitness level, and desired results. But here's a general run down of what class to choose!
All Pro Class
This class is for ages 13 and up. We'll combine full body movements with weight and cardio to get the most out of every workout. Compound movements are guaranteed to get you results both physically and in your performance.
Rookie Class
This is just like the All Pro class, but tailored for ages 10-12. We'll tailor the workout to be appropriate for their age, while pushing to get the results they need for their sport.
Speed & Agility Class
Join this class on its own or in combination with another workout. Here we're targeting exactly what it looks like - speed and agility. Let's kick your performance up a notch with exercises to increase your coordination, precision, and speed. This class is appropriate for all ages.
